I have not bought a bike for myself in over 40 years. My chiropractor recommend this shop since I was in the market to buy a bike. Spoke to Patti, she was really informative and patient with me in selecting the right bike. I purchased a Specialized Roll...which when she first mentioned it I thought I was ordering Chinese. Bottom line....great contact with Patti, great shop....and the bike is the best ride, worth every dollar. Thank you Patti

You know how people always tell you to support your Local Bike Store? I would if they were nice enough to support the DIY bicycle mechanic looking for some parts. Unless you own a super fancy $1,000+ intermediate race bike owner, they basically treat you with this bike snob elitist mentality. When another customer brought in his Specialized, the employee just stopped helping me to deal with the specialized guy. And after I finished my transaction, I mentioned to the employee I was looking for a new bike. Cut me off by saying come back in a month, because they don't have any bikes that fit your size. Seriously that is a first for me as male and I'm not sensitive about my size.
Just purchased a Beach Cruiser for my daughter for her birthday. As always, Bike shop has a great selection and great prices. Mike was pleasure to deal with. Been using Babylon Bike for years for all my triathlon bikes, gear, and service . I live almost an hour away and it is always worth the extra ride for the top notch service and expert knowledge.
